As a United States Army combat veteran, the Military Occupational Specialty that I excelled in was topographic analysis. Under extreme pressure, I had no choice but to learn how to systematically examine and evaluate data and information to reveal patterns unrecognizable to the untrained eye. I've worked with highly efficient teams to provide life-altering recommendations based on the findings.  After the intense level of training I received, including working with Python based programs such as ArcGIS, I knew I would never look at the world the same.

 

Once I exited the military, I attended college and developed a fascination in three fields: business, music, and information systems. I obtained an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, then enrolled in Geographic Information System courses to maintain my analytical ability. I later found a route to tie all of my interests into one profession at Full Sail University, and am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Music Business with a focus on Market Research Analysis. Upon completion in March 2018, I intend to enroll in the Business Intelligence Master’s degree program with a focus on Data Analysis. My eventual goal is to join forces with a high-performance digital marketing team to apply my ability in keenly translating data into advantageous insights for the music industry.
